Seth is a great anomaly support, especially for any team that's also running Burnice. Since Seth does a backwards quick assist and Burnice does a forward one you can generate a lot of field time for the person you want to be the primary driver.

Burnice wants a second anomaly though, so he's only buffing half of your output. Unless it's Grace or Jane you don't get his general anomaly resist reduction and even anomaly teams want an attack buff. He is still absolute gold for a solo anomaly though. Just Burnice stuff sets him aside.

Is there a good list of what I should be prioritizing outside of events? Not sure if I should try to grind shiyu, hollow zero or finish up all the hanging missions I have left. I usually just log in burn my battery to upgrade someone and get overwhelmed

There's a good chance they will do a tweet at least confirming her class, like the one they just made for harumasa. People have speculated that she might be anomaly, which would be kinda weird right after jane+burnice+yanagi, but if so then yeah burnice would be a good teammate. If she's an attacker though then there'll be 0 synergy there.

the person who said miyabi is ice anomaly is supposedly a reliable hsr leaker, they also got harumasa being an electric attacker right. i think people were expecting her to be an ice attacker cause then she'd go with lighter. i suspect we'll know miyabi's element and class if/when her drip marketing hits in the next day or two. there was a (potentially unfounded) leak saying miyabi is an off-field anomaly char along the lines of burnice which might also be food for thought. i am holding out on the yanagi banner for as long as possible to get harder info before figuring out how i'm going to roll.

Guessing harumasa would be an elecric attacker isn't exactly strong evidence of being an insider, they showed him doing electric stuff even in the pre-launch trailers and if you assume mr "i have a bow made out of swords" isn't gonna be support/defender/stunner you are left with a 50/50 chance. Although if they have a track record in hsr then maybe they're cool.
