I mean fair enough that's definitely a Ledos pizza, but I've never heard anyone try to say that there was any definitive Maryland style of pizza, much less one specific chain's output.

It's obviously Altoona style.  Yeah, thick rear end "focaccia" crust, sauce, whole bell pepper rings, sometimes salami, and motherfuckin American cheese.
