Has there ever been an animated film outside of Japan that promoted its voice cast of professional VAs as the headliners or did Aladdin completely destroy any chance of that happening when it ushered in the unbroken age of celebrity voiceovers. I want to watch Transformers One and the marketing is upselling Chris Hemsworth, but I don't think I've ever seen Peter Cullen get top billing despite being THE voice of The franchise.

I just don't think professional VAs are well-known enough in the US to get billing outside of, like, occasionally being in opening credits reels in AAA video games I'm a VA nerd and I have sadly accepted this to be the case
