Loved playing engy on 2fort. My favorite strat: * Rush to build a sentry gun in a blind corner of the flag room, upgrade it to 3 ASAP * Wait for it to kill someone * Detonate it * Rebuild it in a different corner * The returning guy super carefully tosses a grenade in the wrong place, runs in blasting, dies again * Rinse and repeat Running down and building a sentry outside the secret underwater entrance was another fun time, and gave me more opportunities to whack people at the front door with the wrench and either build up their armor or expose filthy Spies.

I loved TFC back in the day. I joined a server called GIRLPOWER one day and that ended up being the server I played on almost every day for several years. I made a ton of friends on there, it was a sad day when they shut things down permanently. Someone made a farewell video which made it to YouTube a few years later. There's an old photo of me from about twenty or so years ago with an American flag underneath, even though I'm from England: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRcav6negDA Jesus, I remember most of the names in that video.

TFC was cool as gently caress. I felt like God when I found out that the engineer grenade was more powerful when more ammo was available. I would drop ammo bags then gib dudes with that thing.
