I thought Zack Parsons was the best frontpage writer by far, and the best comedy I have read. I think in terms of comedy articles nothing made laugh more than G.I.. Joe after-action report, Fashion SWAT and a bunch more stuff.

Insidious Beast gets all the love it deserves, but Instruction For a Help is one of my favorite things I've ever read. Mr. Parsons did cordyceps fungus zombies a whole six years before The Last of Us came out, and he presented the idea in a much more interesting and original way, without leaning on the same old tired zombie fiction trope.
