With the holidays upon us, we’re all visiting family again. Some look forward to it, others dread it, but it’s always exhausting. Let’s escape into fantasy by imagining our own sitcom family/friends group/hospital by casting different characters from shows. Here’s my entry for best sitcom family: Dad: Hal from Malcolm in the Middle - goofy but totally chill Mom: Samantha from Bewitched - too good for Darryl, and that’s before we factor in magic powers Brother: Bud from Married with Children - a horndog, but smart and always willing to pull you out of hot water Sister: Fat Monica from Friends - nice, lies to cook, has hot friends Neighbor: the fence guy from Home Improvement- stays out of my business except to drop wisdom every so often Feel free to make up crazy categories like most dysfunctional family, or worst workplace ever

I wan't a sitcom helmed by Kevin "Fragmaster" Bowen: I want screeching screeds about videogame and every episode could have the father smashing a game console of some sort in rage (sometimes on the child's head). The Aunty Donna guys can be the children.
