seems overwhelmingly likely the owner has strong ideas re: what they want the political slant of this forum to be. just look to see which discussions they delete/which ones they promote. I wouldn't have high expectations. it looks pretty chud-coded based solely on that screengrab. meme faces, use of "toxic" as a positive. but I increasingly don't know my rear end from my elbow irt internet culture so maybe I'm way off.
