I thought it was nice to see something happening in terms of maintenance and upgrades. Back when Lowtax gave a poo poo you'd see stuff like it a lot more often. Consider it a sign that Jeffrey is actually running the place instead of letting the dough roll in from custom titles and gimmick accounts.
