ebay, yahoo jp, the places where you go to buy weird poo poo. what are you buying or considering buying a while back i bought a complete kit of this sony ccd-v200 camera and everything works perfectly except the camera, which is kind of a bummer. there are all of two of these on ebay and one says it's broken. this one claims to power on, but seller has no idea how to test it, so i'm hoping it works perfectly, i've been surprised before. fingers crossed this is supposedly being delivered today and i have to admit my feelings are mixed. R@RE LQQK JDM market home computer, except it's not really R@RE and i don't particularly want to LQQK at it. that's overstating the case, i'm really just irritated with myself see i wanted to get an 8801MkIISR, which has the V2 mode required for a lot of software to work, and there was a guy selling them (refurbed! recapped! fully tested!) for like $130. however none came with a keyboard, and it's proprietary, and the only keybs being sold on their own were either $250 or visibly busted. however someone was selling this MkII, with keyboard *and* cassette deck (useless tbh but very cute) with a starting price of $70, and nobody else bid so I got it. in essence, i bought a keyboard for half the market price, and it just happened to come with a computer. this seems silly but what can you do the idea was i would wait for it to arrive at the buyee warehouse to ensure the keyboard was, you know, Real, then i'd buy the MkIISR. so, of course, by the time that happened the SR had sold, and the guy is now listing more but they include keyboards and cost over $300. so now i just have a V1 machine, which I don't particularly want, and I have to wait for another SR to show up for a price I can stand. there are much worse problems to have to be sure but look i'm still mad at myself for not jumping on the other one. it was in great shape! it was clean! drat it!!!!

Whoa welcome to this hellsite it's been a while, wild that people are still ending up here anyway as always I'm hunting down more of the full size wooden stratocaster rock band controllers, they're the greatest 5 button toy controller on the market and sometimes people list them not knowing what they've got and even the broken ones are good for spare parts/repairs. my wife isn't too happy whenever some music game bullshit shows up though

Not sure if original, never actually seen a copy of the Megadeth demo that wasn't a bootleg or tape trading copy, but that's by far the coolest looking one I've ever seen. The seller doesn't seem to know either so who knows what people are willing to pay for it.

it arrived! beautiful box! even more beautiful box inside! aaaaaand the seller is a dipshit who didn't put any packing whatsoever in it! so the whole rear end-end is demolished and there's plastic bits everywhere! thanks, fuckface! conversely, my pc8801 arrived from japan in great condition! but only because buyee rules. did you know you can pay $2 to have them open a package and send you pics of the inside, so you can see if it's smashed before you pay $120 to have it shipped here? and for $10 more they'll repack it loving properly? yeah it's a drat good thing i did that, because there's no way in hell it would have survived the way the seller had it wrapped. the several cubic yards of high density bubble wrap they packed in there saved me way more than ten bucks. honestly i have really good luck with ebay et al but this particular go-round everyone decided to suck i guess

I'm about to try and sell my great grandma's mink coat for my grandma. She thought it was fox but I paid to get it appraised and the appraiser said it's 100% mink and should go for like $250-350 cause people still buy them. It is very weird to sell a mink coat though like wtf who buys mink coats in 2024-2025. Apparently people do

Apparently people do that's an incredibly funny thing to have for some reason. is it still a cultural trope for people to be mad about natural fur? like i'm not even rolling my eyes at that, it's a reasonable thing to be mad at, though i don't really give a poo poo insofar as the world is ending and this is the least of our worries, but I can't remember the last time I actually saw someone get upset about it. makes me wonder if synthetics just got so good that nobody bothers with real fur anymore, or if i'm just not running in the right circles to see it happen.

Yeah. I think the bellow have little hooks glued/screwed into them that the clock moves around. It's been a while since I added this to my cart. The clock probably needs more than just new bellows. It probably needs a pro cleaning which I can't do.
