A 9-0 ruling against them is seriously on the table, just because of the court's deference to the national security argument made in the law banning it. So, ByteDance is listening to and/or soliciting pitches about selling TikTok when they weren't before. The other thing to remember is that the majority of “creators” post across multiple platforms, so it’s not like the content is going anywhere.
