Throw some D's..
The anti DEI order that came out is pretty bad. All the DEI staff is on administrative leave until they get reclassified and tossed presumably. And we have to put contracting clauses certifying that the company doesn’t have a DEI program etc now. So basically anything with those terms is now memory holed and companies doing it are barred from government contracts.
