The opportunity cost is so high for that. It's not worth it. Especially since if she's wrong town is down a player immediately, and if she's right we still have to vote the person out.

Yuming is a threat, though probably not scum.

But Iggy being okay with that is and advising she keep using the ability is scummy.

If you're asking in good faith how you could tell if I were scum or not based on the play so far, frankly the best option from my perspective for a scum play would've been to pretend I never got the message and try to kill you overnight. Most comment you'd get after that is "dang, must've told the wrong person he was informed" if anything. Doesn't try to guess who the mystery confirmed townie is, doesn't reveal I'm the recipient, goes straight with the info that's actually present, guaranteed to whittle away at town's ability to confirm itself. I'll freely admit I have no goddamned idea if a scumteam with your message would guess it was you instead of guessing it wrong and maybe killing mycelia, and as such I don't expect this to have a whole hell of a lot of persuasive power, but that's the best I can offer.

Re: yuming, I'd vote her for it because she explicitly claimed first that she wouldn't use it at all and only now is using it however she feels like instead of having any interest in at least proving her word means anything.

Weird ideas about weird roles are one thing, but then she followed that up by first talking about sitting on her hands instead of handling it like a normal vig solely because it doesn't work on non-seal/non-town players, then claimed to agree with the baseline idea I had of at least doing something I thought could be useful for a bit, then abandoned that in favor of her scum read on mycelia. I want to know if my side guess was right and she's actually a gray seal SK who figured Tsi wouldn't taste good and didn't really want to help catch scum. ##vote yuming

There is no info to share, mycelia already flipped. I knew mycelia was town, like his role PM said. I can send day messages. I sent one to Iggy telling him I knew of a mod confirmed town player. I didn't tell him it was mycelia though. That's it.

This all adds up to "I decided to shoot my read instead of follow the plan". If that'd been your stance from the start, that'd have been cool and good and I'd have left you to shoot away and prove you were trustworthy by your shot choice. If you never believed in the plan as stated in the first place, you could have said "no I won't do that", or "I'm probably going to shoot a content lurker instead" and I would have modified my expectations accordingly. Instead, you lied about what you were thinking and you don't even have anything town-positive to show for it. How am I gonna take you at face value on what you're going to do now?

Yes. 100%. I wouldn't have to beef with you over not going along with things, and also ending up right in the middle of the thing between HCT and me - he sent me an anonymous message yesterday asking me what to do about getting a town player confirmed for him when it had nothing to do with his role. I had no idea who sent the message and would've liked to be able to be in on an ersatz friendly neighbor society.
