Hey guys just dropping in to say that I'm really happy to be celbrating 100 days of sobriety from booze, alcohol, drugs, and masturbating.

It's honestly been such a long and humbling journey and I now feel inclined to proffer some hard won wisdom, adages, and general advice for all the people who are still out there just completely controlled by the grip of substances and quick fixes.

I used to be just like you guys. 100 days ago. I couldn't go more than an hours without picking up, slapping it, punching in, jerking off, and getting high. I found that the people around me changed and my environment got worse and worse. I'd spend days in my "goon cave" doing nothing but posting, slapping, jerking, shooting, smoking, snorting, fapping, blasting, huffing, smoking, farting, eating, smoking, going to work, and getting high.

One day I woke up.

That was 100 days ago.

Now we are here, and I'm still posting. And I know that this is linkedIN but we are all professionals and I believe fully in being yourself in and outside of work. I tell all of my employees every day that I wouldn't be the CEO of a Fortune 500 company if I knew what was good for me. That's why I'm not. I care, and now I'm on a journey of wisdom and thinking. I'm a spiritual person .

Here's the secret. We can all grow.

I still smoke though. :smugbert:

edit: Wow guys I didn't think when I posted this a few days ago that it would blow up like this and honestly I'm not a hero and don't deserve the outpouring of attention, adulation, admiration, congratulations, affirmation, understanding, and attention that this has gotten it's really special and we all need to understand that I'm no hero. No matter how special and appreciated and amazing and elevated you all have made me feel through your constant support and amazing understanding I'm just a guy behind a keyboard taking it day by day no matter how many people acknolwedge the incredible work that i've done and toil and strain and how strong i am and how much ive grown and the growth thats happened in my life because you can do it also.
