Gyro fries! place near me has bulgogi fries with korean sauce and pickles and stuff, it's amazing. Dirty fries are a really good concept there's lots of good options. I tried to make pizza fries once it was pretty good.

They're both good but Poutine, hands down no competition May or may not be because I can get carne asada fries somewhere on like every block in my entire city but there are maybe 3 whole places that do poutine
