Tre Johnson and Jeremiah Fears can both get buckets. I like Fears more. Not a whole lot of other shooting. Bailey is... Inconsistent. Edgecombe improved. Kasparas should be able to shoot, but really struggled down the stretch. He was taking a lot of difficult shots, in part because he struggles to get separation. I like him overall though. Raps seem like an Edgecombe team.

I’m scared of Edgecombe’s shot being a fluke. But I hope it’s not.

Raps need someone who can create their own shot when the team is forced into iso. They don't have enough of that.

The bigger issue is he doesn't have a handle, so projects more as a high level role player unless he can develop that. I think shooting is much more fixable. His size is a little up in the air, someone said he was 6'3. When I saw him live he looked bigger.

The archetype of explosive athlete who cant really dribble but probably needs the ball in his hands is always scary. If it works you get westbrook, if it works but takes a while you get lavine, if not you get a boulevard of broken dreams, josh jackson avenue, etc It's like he worked on the stuff that pops and will get him drafted while leaving the rest of his development for another day. If he works it's going to take a while, so he's more of a start than end of a rebuild prospect

I think his ideal is maybe a supercharged Josh Hart.

Then do not draft that guy.

Fat moron musk's trash truck nearly killed the number 4 prospect in next year's draft https://x.com/Tarek_Fattal/status/1915483700806209783 https://www.tesla.com/ownersmanual/cybertruck/en_us/GUID-903C82F8-8F52-450C-82A8-B9B4B34CD54E.html I don't want to post a video of the crash cause it's not 100% confirmed, but it was a very light impact if the video going around is the right one. heyy so you might be breathing toxic plastic and lithium smoke but you're gonna want to not open the door normally as it's unpowered and that won't work. So you're going to want to lift the mat out of the bottom of the door storage cubby and pull a hidden release cable before you inhale enough smoke to necessitate an artificial coma so that doctors and nurses can manually scrub the poison out of your lungs Dejan Bimble fucked around with this message at 20:32 on Apr 24, 2025 |

Mock Season has arrived! [Hand of] Sam Vecenie: quote:• Draft order is based on a quick simulation of the lottery now that the standings are finalized. That resulted in Washington getting the top pick, Utah dropping to No. 2, Portland soaring seven spots to end up at No. 3 and New Orleans falling to No. 4. Philadelphia kept its pick at No. 6. The ringer's (intentionally, the pricks) dogshit for mobile/copying, but also is out.

I realize height isn't everything but if Edgecombe is really only 6'3" that seems not great. He's listed as 6'5" elsewhere so I dunno

This is the first mock I've seen that has Malauch falling all the way to the bulls, I guess that game where he grabbed zero rebounds was rough.

Hmmm. Queen sounds good on paper. I find it interesting he went from Ben Wallace bad at FT's to 87.5%

I like that mock solely because the Cavs end up with Dink Pate. Dink Pate.

God the whole draft outside of the top few guys is rough. Danny Wolf at 15? He's 6'11 and has "guard skills" but if you play him at center he's gonna be rough on defense. He's like a giant slow small forward I suppose that's a niche that needs filling sometimes. But he's the definition of a role player at this point

I remember a Sports Illustrated story from waaay back in the day. Maryland had interest, but refused to work with how Orthodox he was, so he played at Towson. Turns out the super-skinny dude probably wasn't playing the best competition and he didn't pan out at all. Not shockingly, he had a long career in Israel.

But he's just as athletic as your average white american college center. NBA draft.net gave him the BRUTAL Henry Ellenson comp. Henry Ellenson was an amazing stan van gundy pick, an 8th overall "stretch 4" who shot like 27% from three in college. Wolf at least shoots like 33%, but still if my guard skills big can't shoot, he's kinda early career mo wagner, rather than learned to shoot threes mo wagner. I dunno

between 15-20 is probably where he "fits", talent-wise, in this draft.
