I suppose I am just too much of an optimist. I had thought to keep the thread open in another tab, with the intent to view the thread at my leisure with no one the wiser, as the thread would remain at a solemn 69 views as per solidarity's honor while I would remain stealthed in my mischief. Of course, the idea came to me much too late -- as the thread's view count reached well past the so-called threshhold of 69 views (which itself disappointed me to no end).

Logically, today is BYOB Day, but I suppose there could have been some fun little festival or fair, constrained by the timing of the event, like a rare meteor shower or some other astral or natural event, that I (once again) missed.
