Bathroom, he cut through the top of the I-Beams in the floor to make a sunken tab and had to spend 8k to fix it (I have the numbers saved somewhere) The Bedroom has some insanely dodgy wiring done by him for the lighting and fan setup which is probably more unsafe and unfixed

It's been on Zillow for 28 days. If you look at the neighborhood, it's a solid $100k-300k more than the surrounding homes. The only one more expensive is on a lot that's almost 14,000 square feet, compared to Doom House's 8276 square feet.
