Indianapolis is by far the worst city I've ever had the displeasure of visiting, the people there are all diabetic or pre diabetic at minumum. The people who live there disgust me and if WW3 happens I hope there is some kind of AFB nearby to wipe those people out. What city do you think is the worst in NA excluding Canda/Mei o?

I know nothing about Indiana or Indianapolis but I've known two people who have lived there and they also have said it's the worst place they have ever lived.

In the scheme of things, Indianapolis doesn't seem that bad. It's got an actual functioning downtown with things to do, etc. They also made some smart decisions regarding city governance and such that made some differences. There's far worse cities IMO than Indy.

I'd go with Houston. It's humid all the time and there are no zoning laws so you'll see weird things like a gigantic megachurch next to an oil refinery right next to a daycare. Maybe some of the worst traffic I've ever been in too.
