My cat was adopted already fixed but his sack is so big (like normal prefixed cat levels) I had 2 different vets verify that he was actually ball-less. I was informed that the sack shrinks after being fixed so he was likely very well endowed back in his day. Dude's probably pissed about it still.

when we met our cat he was living under a bush in the sand and the way he was laying, the first thing we saw was his huge balls. So we named him Eggbert, after his big rear end balls. This is eggbert (balls are missing now) and sometimes lately i call him tirgle (tiger+turtle). i call the cats lots of different names i think i have dementia
