Chill yourself you loving coward, do it! Write a big long note about how hot you feel and that nothing could possibly help you and just loving put an end to it all. Go run a nice deep bath and ice yourself! If you can't stand the heat get out of your sheets

Cold showers are a quick way to cool down. If cold water is available to you. I know in some places (ALBQ!) it is not.

I have a well that goes deep and no matter how hot it is outside, that water will be as cold as it gets. The kinda cold shower where your head starts to hurt it is so cold. Super cold. And when it's 80F inside and 80% humidity, my gosh, standing under that kinda cold water for a few minutes is invigorating. And quite good at cooling you down.

Yeah, it rarely gets crazy hot here, but we don't have AC, so those rare times when it does cold showers are a lifesaver. You step out and go right in front of a fan on full blast, feels good man.

As the climate warms, the air can hold more moisture leading to increased humidity and the inability for people to chill themselves. Air conditioning only leads to a feedback loop which will increase temperatures even more.
