 Ice tea and gummy candy: quite chilling, very fruity.  Floor fan: good backup for the AC but noisy.  Cowardly dog: no help at all.  AC: does most of the cooling work, asks for nothing. I appreciate you AC.

I have a well that goes deep and no matter how hot it is outside, that water will be as cold as it gets. The kinda cold shower where your head starts to hurt it is so cold. Super cold. And when it's 80F inside and 80% humidity, my gosh, standing under that kinda cold water for a few minutes is invigorating. And quite good at cooling you down.

Yeah, it rarely gets crazy hot here, but we don't have AC, so those rare times when it does cold showers are a lifesaver. You step out and go right in front of a fan on full blast, feels good man.

As the climate warms, the air can hold more moisture leading to increased humidity and the inability for people to chill themselves. Air conditioning only leads to a feedback loop which will increase temperatures even more.
