I feel like the sweet spot would be to be about 5'4" and 120 pounds, have a shoe size of 7, and have relatively "average" proportions. I find things that fit reasonably well in most dimensions, but then things happen like that they're supposed to be "long sleeves" but they're more like 3/4 sleeves on me, pants that fit well other than the inseam being too short, or skirts/dresses that are meant to be "knee length" but actually stop a few inches above my knee instead (this last one isn't too big a deal at least). I also have a size 10 shoe, which is mildly reasonable. So it's not all too bad. It could be a lot worse.
