Buy one of these and have the best night's sleep you've ever had.

A cotton cellular blanket.

Put this over you first, then on top put your blanket or whatever.

Trust me.

My sleeping tip is more about technique. The main trick is to close your eyes and lie still. Location is also important, if you lie down in a bed of ants it might be hard to stay asleep. Unfortunately there aren't many other ideas of where to sleep yet, but they are doing more research every day.

Actually, maybe! My left hand was doing that when sleeping. But only when I slept with my arm bent and my hand on my chest. So, consciously sleeping with a straight arm was a quick fix.

A more permanent fix was "nerve flossing" which is quick and easy to do.

Good luck!

I just flip mine over whenever I wake up to pee, but it seems that they make cooling packs for pillows nowadays.

For you gross night sweaters, try removing blankets. You don't need that 50 pound duvet.

That blanket looks like total garbage, op. Like asking to be cold all night. I like blankets that retain heat

Three Olives

That blanket looks horrible.

Invest in a good mattress and high quality, soft sheets, get a king sized bed if you share your bed with someone. Do not order a mattress in a box, go to the store and actually try them. We tried dozens and dozens of mattresses before settling on a Sleep Number bed. Sleep Number beds kind of feel like a gimmick, they aren't. We couldn't agree on a mattress firmness, with the Sleep Number bed we both have our own firmness and we change them more than you would think. Also we are both side and back sleepers and again, feels like a gimmick but it is not, the mattress automatically adjusts it's firmness if you turn from your back to your side and back. Change your sheets regularly, down duvet with a linen duvet cover is soft and warm but still breathes. Mix of poly fill and down filled pillows let you mix it up. Make your bed daily, turning down your bed daily as you prepare to sleep is a nice little ritual that helps prepare your mind for sleep and it is really nice to climb into a made bed. Temperature comfort is key, we turn our air conditioner down to 67 at night during the summer, set our heat to 65 in the winter for sleep. Do not have a TV in your bedroom, it leads to bad sleeping habits.

No pets in your bed when you sleep. I know you like them and they want to sleep with you, they disrupt your sleep, it's not worth it. You can buy them a nice bed of their own.

You don't need to buy a heated blanket, a laptop works perfectly fine simply place the blankets over your head and run a video game on the laptop. If the laptop doesn't have a GPU mine some bitcoin I guess. Should become hot under there in minutes.
