Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can actually retire from a National team if you want to still be able to play club football. You can ask your FA or manager not to select you, but I'm pretty sure that if Argentina called up Messi and he said no, he would be banned from club football. Edit: Also, someone else please try buying tickets from http://www.deportivoleganes.com/ and tell me if it works, their site is worse than Thomas Graveson.
