More damage sure but it's not any safer. Also, 5AAA is really, really good because it builds a gently caress load of meter, which is something that Labrys needs a TON of. You can also do 5AAA 236B-6-A as an alternative to 5AAAA depending on what kind of spacing/setup you are going for. Personally I like it better, gives you some room to setup zoning or swords. Almost identical SP build too. And that also gives you the option of instead doing 5AAA 236B-6-A+B, which you can't do if you are green and do 5B 5B. If SP meter isn't so important at the moment what you should be doing instead is 5A 5B 2A+B 22B, and going for resets. Her resets are really strong off that, and lets her keep up momentum which is pretty important. Also, 5AA is both a solid block string and safe on block (-1 SD), where as 5A 5B has a gap in it. So against DP nuts, 5A 5B doesn't make for a very good block string.

Great games with Chickenfrogman, Great Lakes, crono, and Static Rook! I definitely need some more experience with the Kanji v. Yosuke matchup, it feels like I'm getting mixed up all the time still. I'm probably not using lightning as much as I should either.

Be really, really careful with your dive. If you whiff one and Yosuke gets his 2C off, you're eating a fatal counter for 5k + damage or more if he doesn't screw up his easy fatal counter combos. Lake, blood also gave better advice then me, use his if you can get a handle on it. Good games to everyone tonight, got a good deal of replays and had a lot of fun. I found this channel in the Yukiko forums on Dustloop. This guy Jiyuna is a Yu Narukami player, but he talks a lot about what the other player is doing so it's good to watch if you're character is featured in his matches as well. Yesterday he played a bunch of games against the SBO champion so if you want to see how to do 3.1k mid-screen Mitsuru combos with no meter at the start of the round, definitely check it out. http://www.youtube.com/user/jourdal

Jiyuna streams on twitch.tv here http://twitch.tv/jiyuna That channel is just a guy who uploads highlights from his channel. But yeah if you want to watch high level P4 it's probably the best place to watch regularly. He's played in Japan since the game was released so he's a lot better than pretty much every other American and most Japanese players, and plays with top level Japanese players who don't usually make it on streams. A lot of the time he's just drunk and loving around though, and will play stupid just because it's online.

How do I move around as Kanji? I want to pick him up and he doesn't seem too difficult to learn, but his movement feels really awkward and slow to me so I can't really get around the screen.

Dash through projectiles (it takes a lot of practice) or use his diving grab. (214A/B). It took me forever to realize he could even run because it's so awkward.

Sorry I only got to play a couple matches. My PS3 exploded when Chicken and I had a match, then reset 3 times for some reason, then Real Life poo poo popped up so I had to stop anyway. My PS3 is okay, so I look forward to some more games. My Kanji obviously needs work! I am not a good Kanji yet but I generally move with a Roll or air dash. You don't want to use air 214A/B to move because you're so vulnerable on the landing.

You can also use 2B to start some loops which causes less tech scaling, and lets you get slightly a slightly longer combo. So for example... FC 5B 236B-6C-B+D, 2B jc.B, 5B jc.B, 5B jc.B, 5AA 2A+B 236A-6B Looks like pretty much everyone is on PS3 for this game, sucks for us 360 people I guess.
