I phrased that wrong, it was sex in that penis was on/in vagina, but they weren't actively trying to get off. I'm pretty sure it was Rourke in 9 1/2 Weeks era, but it may have been Billy Bob. Nowadays in film even for the most explicit scenes you'll have a body double stand in who won't mind actual penis to vagina contact so they can get the really explicit shots without seeing a body patch covering their junk.

I remember that show (Camelot, I mean, not Boss), the writing dragged its feet most of the time and the actor playing Arthur couldn't sell the role. The thread had a running joke that he would die and his brother would assume his name and throne. Purefoy's character would have been a good antagonist for the first season but they decided to kill him off in the first or second episode, so there was no driving force behind the story. Also, the show was way too expensive. I think each episode cost 6 or 7 million, probably about the same as Game of Thrones but remember HBO has a lot more money to toss at productions than Starz. edit: clarified something.
