5. Perfectly fine 1. It's a pony, but still ok 4. Weird, but it looks like some kind of girls toy, so I'm cool with it 2. I'm wigged out, but I can accept as some kind of cartoon personification of a pony. 3. NOPE. That's a sexy horse and I want nothing to do with it.

Here's the crucifixion of Sonic   "We had to take the story of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ and portray it in our own way. It could be an allegory or straight Jesus. I decided to go with Sonic the Hedgehog being crucified by Mario and the rest of the Nintendo universe." I don't know what kind of class would make their students illustrate the crucifixion and yet still accept a Sonic comic, but it must be a very strange one.

Religious art of the period of time leading up to and after Christ's death has always been big and I would guess any taboo of depicting a dying Christ on a cross has broken down since the Renaissance.
