I'm using Frankenhud, so I the spell icons must have been broken for me, thanks! Also, I suddenly got my terrible clown shoes. They're untradeable this time, which doesn't surprise me at all. I kind of like the Medic's Vicar turtleneck, too bad I can't wear it all-year round. EDIT: ^^ They're all in the store, so you can see them there. Or check the Workshop's 'Accepted for In-Game Use' filter!

My biggest gripe, aside from the items being halloween only, is that the soldier's Jiang Shi hat is way cooler than the all class one, which for some reason is just a tattered sailor cap with the paper talisman thing on. I've been on a big Jiang Shi kick recently and an awesome all class hat would have made my day, I guess this one will do, if it's paintable maybe I can make it a colour that's less obviously a sailor cap.

I heard some new lines from the Medic, Spy, Soldier and Scout. I can't change my Sniper loadout to give him the spellbook, can anyone see if they've recorded new lines for him too? I don't think that he's had any since the Payload update, haha.

Got no crashes, played on one server and got a gift (The Handhunter) but couldn't get the hat at the end. Server changed to another map and I looked for another one, spent 40 minutes in it, saw no further gifts, but managed this time to get to the end and grab the achievement. Yet, got no hat. I assume that either something is broken or you need four of those new achievements to claim the item. Don't particularly give a crap about the MLP hat, especially if it's Halloween only. On a game that has servers straight up marked as furry zones, the concept of some poor idiots wanting to cosplay as pink ponies just doesn't register.

Boo, they broke the Vaccinator's resistance cycle. I hope you like bullets, patient.  Still, words cannot express how useful these new Medic changes are. You can actually use the crossbow to heal people effectively outide of Medieval Mode, and no more ubering a Demoman with an empty clip!

I figured out that if you get the mouse spell and go through the little doorway in the health room where the carts start it teleports you to the other team's health room :3 any speculation on what the spell books do?

Says once you have enough pages they can be used to cast spells, so I guess the spell book that you started with is temporary? Maybe the spell book will let you cast a single spell as much as you want. The spell book is this year's achievement item, I believe, I could be wrong though, the achievement is called 'hat out of hell'.

Holy crap I joined one server and everyone was freaking out because I was killing the other team. "STOP STOP NO KILLING NO KILLING ITS BLUS TURN ITS BLUS TURN!" Apparently it was blu's turn to win and I wasn't playing by their weird amnesty rules. They all wanted the achievement or something I don't know. It was just some Pinion server to not even some "Achievement Idle" server. Since none of them knew how to vote me off and it wasn't official I just kept blowing them up and they kept screaming over voice chat for me to stop. I was recording a demo of it so hopefully I'll have some nice footage of the whole thing. It was so surreal, I felt like some sort of mad king or the first guy who figured out "violence".

I keep crashing for no reason whatsoever every 10 minutes or so. It really starts to piss me off  If you want to really have fun on Helltower, get your mini-sentries up and ready. The reactions of the people will be priceless. One mod threatened me to stop or I'd get banned (I crashed just after that so I can't say if he was serious or not)

Sniper actually sounds good though! Compared to how much Heavy and Demoman have changed, he sounds really consistent.
