Does this require a Club Nintendo ID, or just a Miiverse ID? I'm reluctant to setup Club Nintendo, incase I somehow manage to pick up a spare 3DS Console Club Nintendo code before the Mario 3D Land promotion ends :ohdear:

If the Luigu statue is up on the EU Club syore, but not the US store, does that mean it's not coming to the US?

Of course they'd add a cool reward right before Xmas. I have 460 coins right now and it will probably be 500-600. I'll have several 3DS and Wii U games to register after the 25th too. Probably for the better since I'm already a Platinum Member and can save those codes for next year.

It probably just requires a NNID. You can set up Club Nintendo account now and just register the 3DS code later though...

This is why you shouldn't sell systems unless you completely lose interest in video games or really need the money or something.

I really needed the money. Student loan ran out and I couldn't pay my rent or even travel back home in December. One year later I have a full time job. Was gonna buy a 3DSXL with Zelda but realized I needed new Winter shoes/clothes more. Had to make an adult decision.

And I just watched the stuff I missed the first time round. It's good the new Yoshi's Island seems to be in good hands, but good lord, does it still look like they smeared everything with vaseline.

Nothing about SMTIV or Devilish Brain Training. The latter's release I guess can now be considered completely discarded as a possibility, but SMTIV's really weird. Nintendo localized the game on Korea and NISA was localizing every Atlus game when Ghostlight (thankfully) dropped out -- now none of those companies seem willing to release an awesome RPG here. What the hell is up with that. We're missing out!

Mario's Pircross is Picross, which is amazing. Pick it up and then fill the Picross-shaped hole in your live you never knew was missing with Pircross DS and Picross 3D

I caved last night and bought the Mii Plaza game bundle. All of the games that don't have to do with gardening actually seem really cool. I can't to round up 10 street passes when I go to the airport tomorrow. Gonna go bust some ghosts.

The gardening game is my favorite! It requires resource management and a lot of planning. Also there are a ton of plants to grow in tons of colors. I look forward to that one over, say, Warriors Way which reeks of :effort:

Gardening just takes so long to do anything. Any time you have something to do you get a text dump and then five steps of actions to actually do it.

Yeah gardening is a lot more text heavy than the other games.

I'm afraid I'm approaching high enough levles in Mii Force that if I only have 2 or 3 streetpass buddies I pretty much die quickly. At least with Warrior's and Ghost thing you can make some small progress without getting curbstomped because you only have a few streetpass buddies.

If Layton/Wright is spring for the UK I can't imagine it's much further away for the US either. It makes sense to ride on the momentum of AA5's release by having Layton/Wright soon after, because who knows if we'll ever get an AA game in the US again. And Layton as a franchise is pretty much on death's door.

It's 30 uses, although Bravely Default encourages you to leave the game in sleep mode when you aren't playing it anyway, as you acrue in-game bonuses for every hour the game is in sleep mode.

We knew it was going to be released in Europe first when it was announced anyway (early 2014 as opposed to 2014). I'm guessing it'll probably be another three month window like with Azran Legacy.

Hey, I have a question about Bravely Default. I've read up on the general concept and gameplay, while keeping story and character information to a minimum. It looks fun to play, but now I've just seen the cover for the English version and um...I find the young girl in an rear end-tight dress and spine bender pose is making me wary about the possible creepy content. For those who have played it, is it as bad as the cover suggests? I find that kind of content tolerable in levels of, say, Fire Emblem, but definitely not in Hyperdemension Neptunia.

Is there a way to stop Nintendo Zone from flashing blue all the time? If I get it to stop it usually starts back up the second I do something else. Google searches haven't turned up much. I also thought it would net me a lot of Streetpasses, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Its Mario Kart, you know what you're getting into. If you want more Mario Kart it is a really good Mario Kart. If you just want a kart racer in general there are better choices.

People are blaming Nintendo for censorship because of that modification, but I've read Square Enix does their own localization work, where they modify the content for western release. A bit curious, but understandable in a business sense, considering they had to pull Dead or Alive: Dimensions from Sweden because of child porn implications.
