Well some are fine. Bioshock 2 got a patch that got rid of gfwl for instance. Others you just have to hope.

If they have an offline mode, they'll probably still work. Until you reinstall it and it needs to authorize your serial key. Otherwise you have to hope for the publisher to remove it. Or possibly download a crack.

The bad part is that there are games that will most definitely not work anymore after it shuts down because they require it to work properly and the developers have confirmed that they won't be doing anything to fix it. Age of Empires Online is one. The Dead Rising games won't be patched, so say goodbye to multiplayer on those. I'm not even sure if you can play them offline or not.

It's really frustrating to just have to shrug my shoulders and say goodbye to a whole set of games that I payed for because of this bullshit.
