People cannot be classified into levels like that. Mentally healthy people do not rank people like that. It's all in your head. If you put some of the effort of feeling sorry for yourself and blaming others into therapy for your horrible self esteem, you could actually become a healthy happy person. I'm not saying you are solely to blame for your situation. It's not all your fault. Life is hard and hosed up and everyone suffers from some societal pressure. Having sex with a hot person is not going to solve your issues, but if you solve your issues you will end up a happier person and people will want to have sex with you.

I need to get back into doing that myself. The best thing I ever did for my anxiety and lovely self-esteem was get a job in retail. I was forced to interact with many people and made good friends with coworkers. When you're part of a team, you've automatically got something in common to talk about and then you eventually learn more about each other. Volunteering would be a good idea. If you volunteer for something you care about, you're going to meet other people who care about that thing, and it'll help you realize that you do have a lot to offer.
