The streamer always start a new game on Saturday, so I always assume it was countdown for some new feature or how long before streamer stream a new game after twitch beaten the game.

The streamer doesnt monitor progress 24/7 so it's a way of saying "hey if you guys have beat the game I'll start up the next one at this time". e: Whatever happens will be good. I'm sure being the first unsuccessful run will fetch some good fanart. It would also be nice to finally accomplish this. Personally I hope the streamer puts on permanent democracy until the game is beaten, just to gently caress with people.
