For the amount of work they have to put in they're not making that much. Sure they're playing video games 24/7 but its a job to them a loving job. Not to mention they have the chance they won't win these things which means they get jack poo poo if they lose. I don't think most of them see anywhere close to six figures a year even. So if they were smart they would have put all that time into learning programming gotten a job in that and made 6 figures a year and probably work a lot less. e: Nanomashoes posted:He used to play basketball until he got injured then sat in his room playing video games until he got fat LOL at the realdoll. Can you be good enough to be a pro at this and still have a day job? Like I was watching the Crossfit (lol) games earlier and the prize winnings were just as small there, but the bio's for all the competitors mentioned other sources of income. Of course, with those games it's an individual comp, so if you win you don't have to split the winnings with 2 others.

Unlike real sports you can't overtrain so you are competing with people practicing 16 hours a day every day so no you can't have any life lmbo

Don't these guys ever want to get laid, ever? Think about all the poo poo you could get done if, instead of playing vidya for 16 hours a day, you dedicated even a fraction of that time to something worthwhile that still satisfies your autismo obsession with numbers and spreadsheets etc. These guys could have actual real jobs that pay big bucks if only they had applied themselves. And they would have been laid by now.
