Like, good on Clarkson for actually being a hockey player, but when his line is consistently the most improved on the ice on any given night, what in the christ is the rest of the team doing?

The other thing is that while the sunk costs line can cycle, it has two players with pretty poor actual scoring skills.

E: as for the rest of the team, I'm pretty sure that Kessel is at half speed right now and without him the offence just isn't that much on paper.
