Every non-blacked out game needs to be available over-the-air in the local market. Does not matter if its on ESPN or NFL Network. That's the NFLs own rules.

It was at Sun Devil Stadium, people were wearing whatever jersey they could grab so it was all motley (a lot of Seau SD/Mia split jerseys) and the city hadn't planned it too well so it was a cluster gently caress I dunno who even won but I got to see Ricky

Probably only on in NYC, Buffalo, Rochester, and maybe Syracuse, and Binghamton as longshots. Only NYC and Albany got Giants-Vikes that time. NFL Network did air the game after MNF was finished. As far as tickets go, again, for Giants-Vikes, they were free, and folks who had tickets for Lions-Packers that weekend also got to use them for the Monday game.
