Basic rundown of the dish: A piece of bread covered (or soaked) with red pepper sauce and either grilled or deep fried that is then stuffed with potatoes and chorizo. Places here in Dallas choose to gently caress with the recipe and stuff them with other meats, but the real thing (in Mexico City) is just potatoes.
