That's what was expected though? He had to sign with Milan for us to loan him out I think.

Genoa have signed Tino Costa from Spartak Moscow on an 18 month loan deal. Also, Taarabt called Napoli and asked if they'd sign him and they said no. Then Atalanta called him and made him an offer and he said no.

When/if Carpi are promoted, they'll have to find a new stadium, yeah? I can't imagine they'll be able to play in the top flight with a 4k seat stadium. Maybe they can rent Modena's stadium like Sassuolo did.

They'll certainly rent Modena's. I can't see them trying to purchase or upgrade that stadium in the first year; Sassuolo has a quiet sugar daddy so they could afford what they did. Frosinone is probably in the same situation. Their stadium only holds 10k or so. Eau de MacGowan posted:im sad, how many times did shaanandonda happen I think once, but only from a substitution.

They appeared in the same game 4 times this season, but I dunno if it was always all 3 playing at the same time.

Juve are apparently close to Shaqiri, which I'm jealous of. Allegri is insisting on getting a trequarista, with the names of Hatem Ben Arfa and Sneijder as fore runners. Luca Toni had this to say about improving clubs: "Do you know why Bayern works so well? Because Rummenigge and Hoeness are in charge, two men who made history at that club. How can someone decide what’s best for footballers if he’s never played or gone through a youth academy?" I think it's spot on. Managers have already proven to be great when they were players prior, why not higher up?

Good news for those (like me) who have missed seeing Pandev's physical beauty and grace, he's apparently on the verge of joining Genoa.

As an example of just how lazy Ben Arfa is, the Newcastle players complained to the manager to stop him getting picked for matches because he wasn't putting any effort in in training

Menez never stops scoring.

Neither does El Sha. In other news, all good for Rossi's visit in the US, he should be back to full training in February with a view to play in March. 2025, that is.
