The Thompson Twins tapes we used to listen to. Also Red Lorry Yellow Lorry's Paint Your Wagon. I think that's goth, I'm not really sure. The only thing I like that I know for a fact is goth is Bauhaus. Puppy's not goth, puppy's industrial.

Let's chung some Robotussin DM and turn our cars into wayback machines. We need to generate 1.21 giggawatts of electricty we need for the flux reactor to know whether or not Skinny Puppy was industrial.

Puppy's industrial. Unless you're going by the standard that only Throbbing Gristle and Monte Cazazza are industrial. NIN's though, not as cut and dry. We first need to determine if they suck or not.

Ashbury Heights is pretty good too, but they're probably too synthy for most people in this thread: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NotAkibB2k His name is legit-stupid because they're Swedish.

Yeah, it may seem petty, but gently caress, I dunno, King Dude wasn't a dumb enough nom de rock to make me think less of the guy, but chibi and loving falcore definitely are. Could've just called themselves limahl 1 limahl 2 limahl 3 limahl 4 and limahl 5, at least that would've been, like, ironically funny.

Same thing with Clan of Xymox, although to a slightly lesser degree. Fields of the Nephilim - Elizium Genuinely good music regardless of genre, gives me chills to listen every time. I'd regularly listen to it and about halfway through go on amazon and read the reviews to see how other people were enjoying it and the reviews were universally positive.
