I've been eating less burritos and more burgers lately. I have ample choices for both in my area so its been a nice change. Good ol burgs.

yeah tortas are great but they're really nothing like burgs or burritos aside from some superficial details

Tortas are mexican paninis, not burgs. Mexican burgers are just burgers with mexican stuff on it like green chili and queso blanco and that sort of stuff

There are burgs with shredded beef origin from mexico, but they retreated across to America

I could really go for a burger today myself. But now that hot dogs were mentioned, I want one of those too. Hell, I could even go for a corn dog.

I would like a corn dog with chilli and cheese in the dog pocket. like some kind of obscene chilli filled tumor.

The thing you do with tomatoes is slice them kind of thin and cook them along side the burger. Then you pile up the thin slices on top of the burger. Much better than just having a cold chunk of salad on there.

yeah, but outside of marinara sauce, cooked tomatos are loving gross. what are you, english?

What do you goons put in the ground beef before you cook a burger? I like to put ketchup and Dijon mustard in mine, but I'm not sure if that does anything or if it's all in my head.

yeah little bit of salt adds more flavour for some reason. not a lot of salt though. that's the key

the problem with adding stuff into your burgers is you have to mix it in there. it messes up the texture and makes it more like a meatball or meatloaf. burgers are different imo and you just squish the meat into a patty and fry the thing with salt on it.

if you have to burg fast and you're in the middle/east coast i'd always recommend a hardees frisco burger poo poo is unreal at about 3 am
