so i guess in NC landlords are required to put a good faith effort into replacing a tenant. so since my neighbor is also commuting to raleigh for his internship, i think i might give them a 3 months warning to try and replace me and if they don't, i''ll just stay where i am until my lease is up. but this means i'll need to keep my place random visitor clean for 3 months and i'm a manchild who needs at least a 30 minute warning before letting people into my house. the other downside is that if they replace me i'll be scrambling to find a place and move

cls: bothered that my brother made a lie of omission to me about his current road trip. He failed to mention that the person he was visiting was his crazy ex girlfriend. I'm worried about him staying sober and telling little lies is not promising.
