The bodybuilding.com threads were my favorite part of the whole ordeal. Half the replies to his megalomaniac rants were honest, helpful stuff like "hey, maybe start thinking about your personality instead of the expensive poo poo you own and try to realize the world doesn't owe you anything." And the other half was "you give me Patrick Bateman vibes." People saying that tragedy could have been averted are naive as gently caress. If he had a girlfriend or boyfriend they would have been the first to die. The guy was clearly insane and needed tons more therapy put into him before he would have been okay. I also got the sense his dad just stopped trying after a certain point. He just decided to throw money and The Secret (  ) at the problem, but by then it was already too late.
