Honestly, right now the classes seem split into Close damage/range damage/AOE and cover destruction/Buffs and debuffs. Fifth Class might be something like a 'tank', maybe someone with a riot shield. I could also see a dedicated Psionic class.

The whole looting/body carrying mechanic probably means that alien autopsies and live captures are going to be more arduous than just stunning an alien or not blowing them up. This is actually pretty interesting IMO, especially since the combat's probably going to be tougher in order to balance out the fact that you can accomplish your objective and exfil without killing everybody.
