Sometimes the lowest point of the breast is the intermammary fold or cleft, especially in more perkier of boobs, but in larger ones, it's where the boob is most pendulous. Also, the estimated loss out of Ariel Winter's breast is approximately 120cc or 7 cubic inches per cup. That would mean that they've risen about 2", have come in 2" closer, and lose about 4" from the bust size, approximately (7 squared by 3 comes out to 1.9, so close enough).
