I feel sorry for them as they lost their son and thats tough. However I also feel bad for tony because 1. he's never going to be able to forget this 2. even with all the evidence there will be a section of people who think he actually hit the guy on purpose. Bad situation I think the family were hoping for a quick settlement to shut them up but ultimately there's a fair amount of evidence which will probably absolve stewart of blame.
