They handed out early access beta codes to a few different websites, it looks like. The only way to play before tomorrow is to luck into one of those, I would guess.

How the hell do you create a game that needs 16 gigs of ram? Considering the amazing port's we've been getting recently, and that this is also coming out on consoles, it's pretty much an indicator of a horrible optimization/porting job. Which is no surprise.

I've been meaning to upgrade to 16GB for running recording software with a bunch of VSTs but DICE is good at making games so this isn't so surprising.

They crafted the most authentic Star Wars experience possible using real Lucasfilm props. I know that doesn't answer your question, but it's something to think about.
