this makes me weep considering that in sweden i yet need to see a kebab place where meat will go from rotisserie straight into my kebab, instead of storage bin with warm oil

That's just the fat from the meat.

wait what

even the lovely kebab places underground in stachus in munich do it properly.

to be fair, I have no good kebab places within an hour from where I live and the only greek place that tries to make gyros loads it up with their lovely french fries.

also kebab with goat/sheep cheese is amazing. I was like 8 months late to that party, but my goooooood.
wait what was my exact reaction to 8 euro kebab with reheated meat after 2 euro kebabs in bonn where guys were cutting the meat straight of the rotisserie for each and every one. speaking of which, i'd visit bonn just to go that kebab place again, it was beyond amazing for the price they charged

oh, those bins actually are liquid fat? :barf:

No but the bins are heated and the döner gets stored in there for a while and some of the fat leaks out.

I don't really see the problem tbh. Other than döner is supposed to be straight of the spit.

Because you mentioned the bins with oil? Which isnt oil but fat from the meat.

then im confused with you saying that it isn't fat in the bins in the post earlier, but just fat leaking
either way that's a lot of loving fat in the kebab place near me, the bin looks like it could store a gallon at least :barf:
