Heinz Ketchup. It may not be the flashiest, it may not be the spiciest, and there are undoubtedly other condiments that go much better with certain foods..... However, what condiment is so universal you can basically put it with anything for enhanced flavour? Not the AMerican one though, it's made with corn syrup and "natural flavouring"

They're all good, I mean thats kind of the point. I started making one thats half chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and half mango chutney blended, its great on Salmon.
