I do like summer, but alas, the days of chasing ice cream trucks are over.  Also, after getting the character in beta as a birthday gift, I finally had one hit 60 after all these years.  ... now I should figure out what the heck I'm really supposed to be doing.

I think you can even run him as a non-summoner if you want, by using Augment: Annihilate on Operation: Swarm and Augment: Sacrifice on Ultron Prime. The problem I found with leveling Ultron is that to keep damage up to scratch you have to put points into both summons even though you only use one of them. The damage also increases geometrically and is balanced for higher levels, so early on they're a bit crap at hitting, but all Ultron's own damage boosts aren't gained until you're 37+.

My build so far, now Idea if I'll keep it: Close Combat Drone: main damage dealer Ranged Combat Drone: putting points in here just for +50% to combat drone. Yeah, it's a bit wasteful, but it works, for now at least. We Are Ultron: this rocks. Indestructible Body: Keep from getting smashed. Ultron Prime -> Augment Enhanced Weaponry: more drone pew-pew. Operation Irradiate: trash killer. Operation Swarm: boss killer. No specialization. Precise Beams: used on bosses while waiting for the big guns to recharge. Operation Annihilate: leftover points go here. The damage isn't great but vuln helps.
