So if out of 15 shows 5 have all been good, then maybe that's a good season; the hard part is deciding whether to be fair to genres I normally don't watch or what have you. I have a hard time settling on a consistent metric for pre=season/post-season standards. There are shows that are of my interested genres, then there's those that aren't, but maybe it's by Studio Shaft or has a voice actor I like so I add it to the queue and sometimes it turns out really good, like One Outs or Chihayafuru when I'm not normally at all a fan of sports.

I wonder if Mob could cheat slightly and use his powers to support his body work out, like, put off the pain/effort until you turn it off and then it hits you all at once.

This show rules. I want to go on Reigen's beauty trip. Also Teruki is looking choice this ep, a very cool and good boy imo  also wow it didn't even get a narration this ep. Today's emotion was 100% Hostility

There was narration on Reigan's special move, as always. Also this show rates on the Akira scale of power, and this wasn't even 1/10th an Akira.

Mob really loves his brother, he is a good boy. I like things like this that ONE brings across in his work, the contrast between the normally fairly emotionless, repressed hero finally having the right buttons pushed. It's like... I remember back when the One Punch Man anime aired, somebody took Saitama getting pissed at a mosquito as proof that his speech in the previous episode about feeling hollow and unfulfilled as being bullshit, when to me it just convinces me that ONE really understands what he's writing about when it comes to Mob and Saitama's mentality.

I love the Ritsu fight fakeout, especially since some people were looking forward to it. Though obviously I don't think anybody really minds since what we got was even better. Also, as we can see, Mob's policy on not abusing his powers has matured since the Teru fight. He still believes that he has to use his powers responsibly, which means not abusing them against people who can't defend themselves. But part of knowing how to use those powers responsibly is knowing when he should use them. And it was good.

This was a really good episode. I still can't get over the animation as well. Fantastic work. ONE really knows how to write a story, and Bones seem to be doing it justice.

I like how the mohawk dude managed to scrape a win despite the colossal gap in power. It introduces another layer of tension. The Teru fight showed us that Mob's power isn't entirely a force for good, while this one showed us that it isn't entirely invincible. Even when our boy starts getting more complete control of his powers, he's still going to have a rough road ahead of him.

I liked how he was smart enough to just bolt as fast as possible when Mob went into ???% and that ???% isn't just some berserk rage mode. No one there really posed a threat to him after the dude left so he was actually pretty docile when backup arrived.

I rarely comment on stuff like this, but holy poo poo is this show good. I have to wonder how this is affecting One though, since it seems like ever since OPM and Mob became animated his work output has slowed to a trickle. I hope he knows how to use his narrative powers responsibly, and doesn't let his (well deserved) success overwhelm him... One explosion... 78%...
