Davies is good and the Cubs have been pretty inconsistent in hitting him. He absolutely schooled us the first time we saw him this year, then the second time we beat him up for 7 ER, and this time he's schooling us again.

Oddly appropriate, as he may now die of a heart attack. The last time I saw a player look that gassed on the base paths it was Colon hitting a double and then scoring against the Cards. He had to be fanned off in the dugout.

Zastryzny has a 0.79 ERA / 0.97 WHIP in 11.1 IP in the majors and has been a solid both at punching out a single inning and as a long man. I know it's not going to happen but honestly I'd rather have him in the postseason bullpen than Wood.
