I'm guessing you might be able to legally do that, but wouldn't it effectively kill the company by burying all the gimmicks and characters under legal paper mountains, forcing them to start from zero?

So, by WWE buying the tape catalogue, but not the brand and TV spot, does that mean if/when TNA shows footage of any of it's past matches on it's own show, that TNA have to pay WWE royalties for referencing their own product? If so, Dixie you have out-stupid and out-pointlessed yourself. Kudos.
